1988

This was the year that I left the army, joined Trinity House, purchased my boat and my first camper van. It was an old Bedford CL rising roof Dormobile. We bought it to last one season to see if we liked camping and of necessity we never travelled far in it or went much above 55 mph! We joined the Caravan Club.
